Chronic Respiratory Disease
Description :
Inactivated virus strain S-6 in an emulsion especially developed by Intervet for the enhancement of immune response.
Indication :
For the protection of layers and breeders against Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection – one of the agents involved in Chronic Respiratory Disease.
Vaccination Programme :
The vaccine should be administered in healthy birds at least 3-4 weeks before production starts. Chickens can be vaccinated from 5-weeks of age onwards.
Dosage and Administration :
Inject 0.5 ml per bird subcutaneously into the lower back part of the neck of intramuscularly into the breast muscle.
Vaccination Reaction :
In healthy birds no clinical reaction to vaccination will be observed. For some weeks after vaccination, a slight swelling may be observed at the sight of vaccination to the tissue, provided the vaccination was carried out aseptically.
